Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Xiangxiang Weicha Trading Co., Ltd. processes personal data and personal information within SecretHub, a Google Play Android social communication experience. Google Play Android SecretHub is a social communication app for adults 18+ only. Tagline: Private Chats Start Here. Meet new people and enjoy smooth private conversations anytime. SecretHub offers a relaxed social experience where conversations happen naturally. Users can browse profiles, discover interesting people, and communicate through text or video chat in a modern interface. The app is designed for comfortable interaction with responsive performance and simple navigation. Users may register and sign in; use is conditioned on acceptance of in-app Privacy Notice and User Terms. The app may offer optional in-app purchases via Google Play Billing where enabled. Eligibility is declared once at onboarding without continuous technical age verification.

Only adults who declare 18+ may use SecretHub; we do not maintain continuous technical age verification beyond that first attestation. Accepting in-app Privacy Notice and User Terms activates the practices below.

Categories of personal data we collect

The categories of personal data we collect include:

  1. Account identifiers and profile information such as nickname, avatar, bio or interest labels, and authentication session data — Purpose: Provide registration, sign-in, profile display, discovery, session integrity, fraud prevention, and account security — Attribute Required when you create or use an account.
  2. Instant messages, conversation history, and related messaging metadata between users — Purpose: Deliver private messaging, synchronize conversations, support notifications, and enforce community policies — Attribute Collected when you send or receive messages inside the app.
  3. Live video and audio session content processed when you use real-time chat or video conversation features — Purpose: Enable live text or video conversations, connection quality management, and safety workflows — Attribute Required when you initiate or join live conversation sessions.
  4. Photos and videos captured with the camera or selected from your library for profile or shared media — Purpose: Display profile visuals, support media sharing in chats, and assist moderation where applicable — Attribute Optional; collected only when you capture, upload, or choose profile or chat media.
  5. Usage events and diagnostics, including Device ID where applicable — Purpose: Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and protect against abuse — Attribute Required.
  6. In-app purchase and entitlement signals processed in connection with Google Play Billing — Purpose: Deliver digital goods or features, validate entitlements with Google Play, and keep purchase state consistent — Attribute Collected when you make or restore purchases as applicable.
  7. Safety reports, block records, and related context you submit — Purpose: Investigate abuse reports, enforce policies, and protect users — Attribute Optional; only when you use report or block safety flows.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar frameworks apply, our legal bases / lawful bases for processing personal data include:

  1. Performance of a contract — providing registration, messaging, live conversations, profile discovery, and purchase fulfillment you request under our Terms.
  1. Legitimate interests — securing accounts, preventing fraud and abuse, improving reliability through diagnostics, moderating content, and developing proportionate product insights balanced against your rights.
  1. Legal obligation — responding to lawful requests, preserving records where required, and cooperating with mandated safety disclosures.
  1. Consent, where required or offered for optional processing — you may withdraw consent through in-product controls or by contacting us, understanding that some features may stop working.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, display profiles, enable discovery, deliver instant messages and live video or audio conversations, moderate user-uploaded photos and videos, prevent abuse, operate Google Play Billing entitlements, troubleshoot via Device and app diagnostics, and improve reliability. We may create aggregated or de-identified statistics where permitted by law.

Permissions on Android

The app may request these permissions when you trigger related features:

Camera access supports profile photos and live video sessions and is used not in the background. Microphone access supports live voice or video conversations and is used not in the background. Photos and gallery access support profile or chat media you choose to attach and are used not in the background. Revoke permissions anytime via Settings › Apps › SecretHub › Permissions; revoked permissions may disable corresponding features including live chat.

Data retention practices

Our data retention practices keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Message and profile content is deleted or anonymized when you remove it, delete your account, or when retention schedules no longer require storage, except where law or fraud prevention requires limited retention. Purchase records may remain in Google Play ledgers after account deletion. We respond to verified deletion requests within 15 business days where feasible.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of personal data or personal information.

You have the right to request access to the personal data that we collect about you. Email care@weichatrading.com with subject Access Request and enough detail for us to verify your identity.

You have the right to request deletion of personal data that we collect, subject to lawful exceptions (for example records we must retain for security, audits, disputed transactions, or legal process). Submit requests using the account deletion paths below or email care@weichatrading.com with subject Deletion Request.

You may request correction or rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data or personal information by emailing care@weichatrading.com with subject Correction Request and describing the fields to update after we verify your identity.

You have the right to know whether your personal data is shared with third parties and for what business purposes. Email care@weichatrading.com with subject Sharing Disclosure Request or California Privacy Request to exercise this right; we aim to respond within 15 business days where feasible.

How you can opt out

How to opt out: Email care@weichatrading.com with subject Opt-out of sharing or Opt-out of sale to exercise applicable rights regarding sharing or sale / selling of personal information where your jurisdiction provides such choices. SecretHub does not sell personal data in the ordinary course, but we honor opt-out requests that map to statutory sale definitions.

This section describes rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

California law may treat certain disclosures as sharing, including disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. We explain sharing under the specific definition under California law in the Information sharing section above; we do not sell personal data for money in the ordinary course.

Account deletion

Deleting SecretHub removes profile information, messaging history tied to your account, discovery preferences, and related app data except where law or payment processors require limited retention.

Navigate Profile > Account settings > Delete account.

Request account deletion online at https://entry-face.loopdriftz.beauty/SecretHub/deleteAccount.html when you prefer an app-external channel aligned with Play Console disclosures.

International transfers

When data crosses borders, Xiangxiang Weicha Trading Co., Ltd. uses contractual safeguards and vendor diligence appropriate to the processing.

SecretHub is not directed to children and is intended for 18+ users only. Contact care@weichatrading.com if you believe a minor provided data.
